These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Touch Sound's audio engineering services. By placing an order with Touch Sound, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Touch Sound provides podcast and YouTube audio engineering services, including noise and room cleanup, voice enhancement, speaker balance, and podcast-ready delivery, as described on our website.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through our website form, with project files sent directly to us.
Payment is processed through PayPal, prior to or upon delivery, depending on the arrangement agreed for your project.
Subscription plans (Creator, Pro) renew monthly and include a set number of episodes per month, as described on the pricing page at time of purchase.

3. Turnaround Time

We target a 48-hour turnaround for standard projects, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Turnaround may vary depending on project complexity, volume, and communication delays.

4. Revisions

Minor revisions are included as described in your chosen plan. Requests for revisions must be made within a reasonable time after delivery. Extensive rework beyond the original brief may be billed separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the audio content you send us.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third party's rights or violate any applicable law.
Touch Sound is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of the audio material you provide.

6. Cancellations

7. Limitation of Liability

Touch Sound provides audio engineering services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost revenue, lost audience, or platform-related issues beyond our control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
